Allow to enable/disable the following, and more types of notifications:

Party notifications:

• Party starts

• Party rescheduled

• Party cancelled

• Promoted/demoted access role

• Role removed

• (Host/Co-host) User signs up/withdraws

Community notifications:

• Adding notices

• Community party added

• Community party re-schedules

• Role change

• (Leader) Users join a community

• (Leader) Users requests to join a community

Premium Membership notifications:

• When you receive a membership

• When a payment failed

• When your membership got cancelled
