Separate Events and Feeds from the Party page

Display Event Carousel and News- and Discord Feeds
/parties (new page)
Display the main content tabs, and have the party tab selected by default, and also show the toggleable Weeklies- and In-Game Trackers, as they’re still relevant to parties.
